Hardware Ranch

Paul's brother, Bryce, has been dating a girl in Fiji for the last 5 years. They have been struggling to get her a visa and finally, Siteri was able to come here so they can get married in April! Yay! We are so happy they are finally together! Here are some pics from the airport:

Up north, there is a place called Hardware Ranch where the Elk come down to feed every year at this time. We took a family drive up there to see all the Elk and the Nays (what Cali calls horses). Here is Paul and Cali in front of the Nays that we took on a sleigh ride up close to the Elk

Boots!

Cali is such a goofy girl! The other day I was trying to dress her, but all she wanted to wear were these silly boots, so I gave in and let her. She was stomping all around in them because they made a funny noise and I couldn't help but just laugh at her!

Here is a messy hair video of her stomping. She is such a little goofball it cracks me up! She has this new thing when she comes towards me to talk to me she squats down a little and gives me a cheesy smile. I wonder if we squat to talk to her?!

Here is a video of how she puts on her shirt and walks around with it. Ignore the mess Cali made with my utensils minutes before and my half done laundry. My clean house doesn't even last a minute these days.

These rain boots were once an impulse buy after Cali fell in love with them and we couldn't pry them out of her hands. This week, we tried to take them out in the snow so Cali can walk around in the snow all by herself. After like a half hour trudging through the snow, we decided to go in because Cali got cranky all of a sudden. We got in the house and I realized Cali's feet were soaked and frozen cold! Who makes rainboots that aren't waterproof!!??!! I would be cranky too if I were near frostbite. My poor baby! I felt so bad! (16 months)
