We found this little chair after teh blessing for Cali to sit in. It was just her size. She loved it! Well, until she fell forward onto her face and Paul tried to catch her with an axe in his hand!! (almost 9 months)

4th of July

Cali's First Parade! She was so entrigued by everything! Especially the bands and dancers!

Cali was so funny on the 4th of July. Here she is playing at Grandma and Grandpa's after our BBQ. She never fails to make me laugh.

Fireworks on the 3rd!

Every 3rd of July we watch fireworks at the golf course. This was Cali's first year. She had to stay up an extras hour, but she was great. So much excitement and entertainment around her helped alot.

Toungue Stikin' Trouble Maker

Cali and Great Grandpa Pehrson last Sunday. The minute we walked in she held out her arms for Grandpa and just wanted to be with him for a long time. She loves her Great Grandpa Pehrson!

Cali found her tongue! The first time she found her tongue she was only about 6 weeks old and would copy Paul. If he stuck out his tongue, she would too. This time, she couldn't put it away.

In this video, Cali is watching TV and not really realizing what she is doing with her tongue. She just couldn't keep the thing in her mouth all day!

Cali's first time getting into trouble..... This is her stinky poo bag dispenser. I thought she might like to play with it while I organized her diaper bag. Well, I left the room for a minute and she had unraveled all the bags! Silly little trouble maker.

Squeeky Girl

My funny little girl has found another way to make me laugh. She learned how to make this noise with her toy and didn't stop all day! (8 1/2 months)

My BIG Girl!

Every morning, I let Cali play with the toys on the front of the walking toy
Then, I put her on her hands and knees to work on crawling. Right now she will only stay there for a second.
Then, I have her stand up and she will hold on to the handle and stay there all by herself!

'till she gets bored and lets go. I also move her feet a little too! Then we do it all over again several times each day.

She is doing so good! Her new tricks this week are: Kissing, clicking and clocking her tongue, sticking out her tongue, feeding herself her snack everyday, and learning how to use the sippy cup. I am so proud of my baby!
